Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our mission. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

 

All sales are final with the exception of defective or damaged products. For defective or damaged products, we would be happy to replace your purchase with an item of equal or lesser value. See below for the information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All items must include a copy of the receipt.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with your contact information and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped typically within 1 to 4 business days upon receipt of the order. Some designated items will be available for in-store pick-up only.
